I had 1 room, hallway, and a flight of stairs cleaned. The Zerorez professional, Carson, did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and professional. He took great care when bringing hoses in and out to ensure that furniture wasn't damaged. He used corner guards to ensure walls that they were not damaged. All stains that I pointed out were cleaned and no longer visible.
