Anthony was our tech and he did an AMAZING job on our carpets. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions and was very friendly and professional. We have had our carpets cleaned with other companies over the years and they have NEVER looked as good as they do now. It’s almost like we have a house full of new carpet. I was blown away by how great it turned out. I would 11 out of 10 recommend Anthony and Zerorez for all of your carpet cleaning needs.
Highly recommend. Sent regular updates on arrival which I appreciate. Technician explained what was needed and how process works. I can already tell carpet is cleaner brighter and no musty smell like some other cleaners leave. This was my first time using Zerores … will use them again!!

The Zerorez tech, Anthony, showed up on time and was super polite and personable. He told me how long it would take and got right down to business. My carpets look brand new and I had them treated with something like scotch guard, so I expect them to look that way a lot longer.😊

Yesterday, when the service tech left the carpets look brand new and I was very pleased… But this morning when I got up and the carpet had dried, a couple of spots have reappeared… I don’t know what the warranty covers, but I need him to come back out and work on these spots
