I’ve used them twice now and each time the technician is professional and talks me through the things I do or don’t need and how to manage best between cleans. They offer discounts and do try to give the best price possible for the work they provide. Can’t wait to use them again!
Jose was Professional. Asked if I had any questions. Arrived at 0830hrs. Which was great. Overall great service. Thanks, Jose. .

I love that the process is clean without residue. Luis was professional, polite, knowledgeable & friendly. I also like that they give you a 2 hour window & call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Repeat customer. Always pleased with how our carpet looks & smells. We have dogs so a fresh clean carpet is a pleasant outcome.
They call a half an hour before they are going to show up. They use their own water. The carpets clean up nicely and dry fast. Chris and Daniel have done an exceptional job, not only with my carpet but on my wood floors
