Ryan did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet! He was efficient, thorough and very professional. We have used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning for 10 years and have never been disappointed with results! Highly recommend!
Kris did an absolutely fabulous job. We had our furniture moved and rented a rug doctor from a grocery store but got it home and it did not work. I called and I talked to Britany and she was very helpful and scheduled me for the next day. Great family business and they are the best and very reasonably priced! Goodbye Rug Doctor and Hello Zerorez!!! Bill
Thank you, Bill! We're glad to hear that Kris provided you with fabulous service and that Britany was able to assist you so effectively. We appreciate your support for our family business and look forward to serving you again!

The Cleaning by Jason was very thorough and efficient. Easy to work with- good communication. Very pleased with the . Would've given a five star except for confusion about some of the estimated price. (Did not know there was a minimum charge of $500). I would use them again for sure, but with clarity about pricing.
Thank you, Ann, for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you found Jason thorough and efficient, and that communication was easy. We appreciate your insight regarding the pricing and reviewed our call with you, and was able to confirm we did go over the minimum but want to apologize if there was a miss understanding. We will work to ensure clarity in the future. Your willingness to use our services again means a lot to us! Thank you again Ann! Without honest reviews like this, we have no way to know how to improve, thank you!!
Zerorez has been our choice for carpet cleaning for years now! We had the fortune of getting Chris today to clean two rooms and an area rug with several urine pet stains. Chris did an outstanding job!! He was so thorough and cleaned the carpets so well that they looked great! He explained the services and went over the pricing so there were no surprises. I’m especially impressed by how the carpets were not super wet after he cleaned them when I briefly stepped on it, and the area rug he cleaned looked like new again! Chris deserves a hefty raise for his exemplary work!! He’s an incredible asset to your company and we plan to request him again for our future carpet cleaning needs.
Thank you, Amelia! We truly appreciate your loyalty to Zerorez and are delighted to hear about your positive experience with Chris. It's fantastic that he was able to restore your carpets and area rug so effectively. Your kind words will certainly be shared with him—he's a valued member of our team. We look forward to serving you again in the future!
