Customers frequently praise the professionalism, punctuality, and thoroughness of the technicians, noting that carpets often look refreshed after service. Positive feedback highlights knowledgeable staff who explain processes clearly and reasonable pricing for standard jobs. However, some low-star reviews cite dissatisfaction with specific outcomes, such as persistent stains or lack of deodorizing, alongside complaints about pricing discrepancies, missed appointments, and unclear communication regarding service charges.
