I had quite the snafu happen this morning in our scheduling. I was panicking more than a little bit tbh😭 QZ answered and had his guy James available within 5 minutes of me calling him to help us with one of our long time clients that had just arrived at DTW. There was no hesitation with being tasked to drive over 5 hours, on a Sunday, and very last minute! The Lord works in mysterious ways, and I will forever be greatful for their level of professionalism and punctuality. James said he could be there in 25minutes, and showed up in 22💚 I called a couple of other larger, more well-known companies within minutes of calling Zirker, and still 4hrs later, have not heard back from the other two... Nice to have the honors to give you and your loved ones and friends the VIP experience we at the transportation service do not settle for anything less going on 36 years in the transportation business clients first priority from the moment they reach out to the transportation company as well as a follow-up the day before include showing up at least 10 minutes early for the pickup followed by a smooth ride to the airport we continue to provide VIP service when we at the airport clients or exit the vehicle first and the luggage is always secondary we will definitely set the luggage on the Curve continue on the VIP service as well as the return will make sure that me or the client make contact with one another the day before just to make sure we're on the same page and everything runs smooth I always monitor the flights with 800 number on the return I'll meet the client and lower baggage what's a luggage cart to handle the bags and then from there with proceed out to the parking garage for commercial vehicles only we follow the same procedures the clients will be in the vehicle first then from there the luggage what goes in secondary and then we'll give the clients a safe ride one vehicle proceeded to Novi Michigan the other SUV proceeded to South Lyon Michigan and again I appreciate you using the service continue on having a wonderful weekend as always go Go Lions
I have use Zirker Transportation exclusively for the past 18 months when in Detroit area. They are both reliable and good people to work with. It is not a big fleet of vehicles but able to get what I need.
We worked with QZ to organize our recent travel logistics, which included coordinating pickups from two different airports and managing weekend car services. QZ was very friendly, highly accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. I have been using Zirker Transportation for 10+ years. The drivers are always kind and courteous and the service goes above and beyond.
Very positive experience through all interactions with Zirker transportation. From phone calls, texts, to pick up and transport, Zirker offered grace, courtesy, convenience, snacks, a comfortable, clean and luxurious ride. We were picked up at baggage claim at the airport and at the end of our stay picked up at our hotel and brought back to the airport. Told other family members coming in for the wedding weekend to use this service as well. They did; and they were happy. Highly recommend.
