Very pleased with the service from this business. Always reliable and on-time. Great communication - asking questions about specific concerns or issues prior to each service. Very respectful of home and property - never messy or disruptive. Would definitely recommend their service.
Billy and Zona Pest have been really professional, responsive, and attentive. Their price is fair and service really good. Tyler came today and was very good. They’ve always been a pleasure to work with. Recommended!

Super professional and so good at what they do! They’re always very thorough, take the time to explain everything, and are genuinely so kind. Zona Pest deserves the highest rating for customer service, product quality, communication, and promptness. This small, locally owned business is the epitome of what customers want and need. We hired Billy on whim when he came to our door shortly after we moved in. I was blown away by his politeness and friendliness and then he spoke to my kids and dogs so I told him he was hired. Best pest control in all of AZ. I’ve given a review before 3 years ago but they deserve another. Tyler has been primarily the person lately doing upkeep at my house and he’s the man. Billy is always so great when he comes to treat our house from pests. Several months ago we had an ant problem in my daughter's room. They fixed it with the first visit. Since having them come regularly we haven't seen any bugs in the house! Highly recommend!
