Zone Kar Inc

Superbe service. Murph and his team was really good at understanding the problem and to make right judgement. Very honest.

Murph was extremely kind, communicative, and accommodating and helped facilitate an affordable and efficient brake replacement!

Amazing amazing service! I made an appointment to get a headlight fixed and Murph was extremely accommodating when I asked for a last minute oil change, too! Additionally, I've had a huge dent on my bumper for the past year and he fixed that too- it looks good as new! He is super quick and kind and you can't beat the price either! I know I'll be coming back for any further work- thank you, Murph and team!

i got nothing but great experiences with Mur and technician there. No BS or mark up prices for simple fix, they didnt charge me sometimes if no big issue spotted. i can bring my own oil and filter sometimes if i desire, reasonable price, highly recommend.

Wonderful place. My belt was making an awful noise, all it needed was to be greased and Murph sent me on my way. Will go back whenever I need something taken care of!

Murph and his team are the most honest, trustworthy, and genuine mechanics I’ve ever met. Twice now, Murph has looked over my car, explained exactly what issues I am or am not dealing with, and offered clear advice on how to move forward - all free of charge. This shop is a true gem of the greater Boston area and absolutely worth the short drive if you live in the city.

The absolute best - we are fortunate enough to live in the neighborhood, and on multiple occasions Murph and his team have squeezed in my car and taken a thorough look. They are always kind, clear, and transparent. More than once they've explained the issue, or fixed it, at no charge (including recently, when they problem-solved our faulty jumper cables and got my car back up and running after hours). Mechanics can sometimes get a bad rap, but I cannot recommend the team here highly enough if you want to be sure you're getting high quality work at the best price.

Zone Kar completely changed my perception of auto repair shops. Instead of the usual upselling, vague explanations, and surprise charges, Mr. Tong was honest, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain exactly what my car needed and what it didn't. I highly recommend Zone Kar.

I came here last year after seeing someone's recommendation, and even a basic oil change turned into a disaster. My car is now leaking oil from the filter area; I took it to another shop and after replacing two filters, it's still leaking. It's pretty much certain they ruined my oil housing.
