Zoom Home Inspections exceeded all my expectations, and working with Brian was an absolute pleasure!
Brian’s attentiveness to detail is unbelievable—he checked every single corner of the property, spotting things I never would have noticed. What really stands out is his incredible wealth of knowledge; he truly knows homes inside and out. Throughout the entire process, Brian showed immense patience, taking the time to explain exactly what he was looking for and why it mattered. He answered every question without ever making us feel rushed. I couldn't ask for a better experience and highly recommend Brian for your home inspection!
After having every system of the house checked by specialists, I turned to Brian to help locate the source of a months long odor issue that none of the specialists could figure out. Brian was able to narrow down the location and likely cause after which I quickly discovered the source and was able to get it fixed. Thank you!!

Zoom Home Inspections have been great to work with. They are consistently available on very short notice and they do a great job. Brian at Zoom performed three pre-offer inspections for us over the last few months.
Issues Brian caught that were not called out in the sellers' pre-inspections include rodents in an attic, a rotting deck, and groundwater intruding into a crawlspace.
A lot of buyers trust seller pre-inspections, but the difference in thoroughness and quality between what Zoom Home Inspections delivers and the "rubber stamp" pre-inspection reports we saw was night and day. Thanks to Brian at Zoom Home Inspections, we identified at least $30k of major repairs in one house that would have been totally missed otherwise.

The experience was way above my expectations. Brian was extremely professional and has a lot of experiences. He was very thorough in the process, patient with us in terms of explaining to us what the problems were, how serious they were and the amount of work expected. Post inspection, I had a targeted question about the quotes we got from various vendors for a problem he promptly identified, and he was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Overall very happy with the experience and would recommend Brian to anyone that is looking for a thorough inspection coupled with sound judgement.
