Christian did a great job. Super friendly, professional, and personable. Helped me understand the process and when ur next service would be. I appreciated that he messages me when he was 30 min away and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the various products he would be using in our property.

Communication at first was great. Once I signed the contract communication was horrible. The first service was a joke. The guy did nothing. They came back out and serviced and told me I'd get a credit since they had to reschedule that service, I never got it. Then when the guy came out the second time to do the job of the first person who did nothing, he told me i would not be charged the mosquito on the next appt in a few weeks. When the guy showed yesterday, he told me it was free. I was then charged for that service. I called and was told they would let me know the outcome after they talked to their manager. I heard nothing. I still see i was charged in full. I heard nothing but great things about this company and I'm bummed to get this service. I own two properties and now I can't see the service for my second property it tells me i don't have access to it but i did the other day.
