I can't say enough positives about this company. Our 20-year-old refrigerator stopped cooling, and we have a trip coming, so we needed a quick service. ZUTA managed to send out a service man within an hour. He gave us clear and precise advice as to what the options were: either fix it or let it completely defrost and start it up again and see what happens. It is running, and if and when it breaks, we'll consider whether to repair it or replace it with the knowledge we need to make the right decision. Thank you again. I wish all businesses were this honest. It was also a wake-up call to clean the fridge!

Mark showed up within a few hours of me calling, and diagnosed the problem with my 20 year old fridge very quickly, under 30 min. Ordered the part and came back the next day and fixed it. I am so relieved I don't need a new fridge, and I could not be more thankful for how fast and efficient this process was.

Called in the morning and had a worker out at in the afternoon at a convenient time for Mrs when worker could arrive earlier than scheduled, they waited until the scheduled time. Worker was vey kind and informative.

Finally, I have found an appliance repair that I can trust.  Zuta is competent, efficient & cost effective.  Besides being nice people, personable & accommodating, I found them professional, trustworthy & reliable.  Alex & Rizai are both up on the latest with all appliances so there is minimum time between a diagnosis and the solution.  In addition to being good problem solvers, they are generous with their time & attention, especially in explaining things & offering suggestions on how to get the most out of your appliances & to prolong their service life.  Now if I have a problem with an appliance, I know who to call.

Mark was absolutely amazing! I really appreciated his professionalism from the start. He called me to notify me of his ETA and to ask me to help remove items from my fridge to clear the way so he wouldn’t waste time getting right to the issue in my fridge. He explained everything to me (the reason for the clog, how to prevent this in the future, etc). Mark also helped me place the shelves back in my Subzero as it is quite a Tetris game! He even wore booties to keep my floors clean. Everything is functioning smoothly and I will call Zuta again for any of my fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer or dryer needs! I am spreading the word because these days it’s hard to find repairmen who you can trust!

We've used Zuta twice now for dishwasher repairs -- two unrelated problems, almost a year apart. We were able to set up an visit within a day or two. The technician, in both cases Mergen, then diagnosed and fixed the issues promptly. Especially impressive was the first event -- an intermittent leak that would result in an error code, then go away for days or even a few weeks. At one point we could do nothing but wait for the error code to return. It did so on a weekend (of course). But Mergen had given me his number to text, and it turned out he was free. He came out right then! It took him about a hour or searching but he finally found the small leak -- a gap in the door gasket. The payment listed in this review is for the second event -- a failing input valve -- and does not count a tip to the technician but does count the cost of the part.
