Koontz Roofing & Exterior Constru…I had a leak, and got ahold of Nate. Nate showed up the next day, tarped the leak and had a crew for a permanent fix out within the week. Cost was clear, quote was accurate, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. No BS, no scammy upselling, just fixed what they needed! Very happy.
Koontz Roofing & Exterior Constru…After calling 2 different roofing companies and not getting anywhere, I called Koontz. They immediately got me on the schedule. When Adam (estimator) came out he went above and beyond to ensure my roof was in top shape. He was, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I should have called Koontz first, I won't make that mistake again.
Koontz Roofing & Exterior Constru…Koontz Roofing replaced a broken skylight. Besides the skylight they diagnosed a leak in another location. Very professional from the initial estimate where they spent ample time inspecting the flashing and transition from one roof to a flat roof. James was a careful craftsman. His cleanup was complete to a high standard.

Koontz Roofing & Exterior Constru…I used Koontz Roofing in October 2023. They replaced the roof, new siding on one exterior wall, and put all new guttering after the hailstorm in Spencer. They were honest and effecient and completed the work in a timely manner. Everything looks great, and they tidied up well afterward. I would highly recommend them.
Koontz Roofing & Exterior Constru…I’m very pleased with the work Koontz did for us following the hail storm. They worked on both our home and our rental property. This included roof, gutter and siding replacement. Nate was awesome in working with the insurance adjusters. I was always able to get speedy replies to any questions. I would heartily recommend this business.
