What customers said about sprinkler system inspection
I had a leakage of the sprinkler in the kitchen. The technician who's name was Hector was sent to fix it. Hector is very professional, pleasant and patient even though it was late in the evening. He left after he made sure that everything was working.
Unreliable and unacceptable business practice and monitoring service company. CSA charged our company to monitor 2 panels but in fact only 1 panel was being monitored. Additionally, their emergency service is non-existent. Had to call a 3rd party vendor to assist with a damaged sprinkler head which CSA previously installed incorrectly.
