Soul Strong Yoga has been an amazing resource for my journey to better health. The variety of classes, ranging from yoga to Pilates to Barre, gives me the opportunity to try new techniques anytime I want to and the teachers are always encouraging. I am still a newbie to yoga but the sense of community I feel at Soul…
LOVE THIS STUDIO!! Lots of different classes offered, including many special events. So many great teachers here too! I've had my membership here for over a year and have really enjoyed my time with this studio and building a community of friends. There are also lots of educational opportunities here if you are…
I reached out to the studio inquiring about the teacher training. Before stepping foot in the studio my experience was nothing but wonderful! The teachers for all the classes I have taken have all been great. I especially love the heated classes. I am currently in the teacher training and loving every moment!
Soul Strong is the most welcoming yoga community that I have ever been a part of. From classes to workshops to YTT, SSY has every participant's best at heart and it shows. SSY has become my second family and I don't know where I'd be without them!
This studio is the warmest most welcoming space i’ve found. There’s such a variety in the classes and the various instructors have such different styles and personalities, it makes every class i’ve had unique and fun. There’s a class for anyone. The kindness is overwhelming. This is a great studio for any person at any level.
Soul Strong Yoga has been my yoga studio since it opened its doors in 2018. The space is lovely, and everyone makes an effort to make you feel right at home. The events, trainings, and sound baths are all top-notch and the membership is a great deal. So proud to support small businesses and take excellent yoga classes here!
