Katie has been nice, helpful and overall amazing since the beginning of the transaction. The bin was dropped off exactly within the time frame they gave us on the day we scheduled it. It was placed at the exact spot I asked them to place it. Pick up was hassle free as well. Would definitely recommend their business.
Paul and his team are great! He is always on time and very accommodating. We have used him several times to get rid of junk that we no longer need and his service is always exceptional!
Metro Junk is a great company! Prompt response to my inquiry about device. The owner came out and walked the job with me before scheduling and fit me in the next day. The team was kind and professional and even helped move some furniture so it was easier to move around my garage. They did such a great job that I am…
Definitely recommend. Communication was great, they were very responsive, professional and always arrived on time. Good value for the money as well.

My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner. Katie and Max kept in touch with me and was able to schedule the day after I made up my mind. A walkthrough,…
As a property manager, we lean on our junk hauler fairly often and they are always able to handle anything from small pickups to whole house eviction services when and where we need them. Highly recommend!
