The FiTness SpaJulia is an excellent Masseuse. She is very strong and pour a tremendous amount of energy Into each massage. This Energy is transferred into structural changes in your body. I recommend her without reservation.
The FiTness SpaTwo days after a deep tissue massage and my back feels way better. Still have a way to go for full recovery but the massage definitely helped.

The FiTness SpaJulia is a fantastic, careful, and precise masseuse. I went for a deep tissue massage and it is clear how much anatomical knowledge she incorporates into her sessions. In our session she targeted all of the areas we discussed and she gave me instructions on how to stretch those muscle groups so that i can help recover at home. Thank you Julia!!
The FiTness SpaDefinitely deserves the 5 Star rating, great pricing and definitely a great experience. Julia was great made my experience perfect she tailored to all my needs. Even gave me some advice on what kind of stretch and exercises to do at home to relieve my knots. Definitely will be going back again…
