What customers said about electrical panel replacement or upgrading
My experience with Greenwood couldn’t have been better! The technicians arrived on time, were very professional and respectful. I am so happy I trusted my gut and went with Greenwood! 😃
Misa was amazing as was the other two who came yesterday. Couple of issues when the power came back on but they all were very professional and stayed to troubleshoot all the issues and was able to fix everything.!! Definitely recommend them and their company to whoever needs electrical work in the future.!!
Max and Scott did a great job of updating our electrical panel. This was a hard job on an old electrical system so we really appreciate the extra effort. I gave only 4 stars because I think the estimating of time could be improved. But the work and professionalism of the electricians was excellent.
Greenwood Heating & Air are the best in the business. We had them decommission six electric heating wall units and install four top of the line Mitsubishi mini splits and heat pump. The job will be finished tomorrow, but the wall units are already decommissioned. We’ve had Greenwood Heating & Air as our preferred…
Greenwood’s electricians did a great job installing new outlets, replacing old ones, installing surge protector etc. in my 2017 town house. My place was also cleaner afterwards than before they came - what a phenomenal job and crew! I’m having them service my HVAC system next week and very much looking forward to having them come back!
Joe Johnson is that guy. He was on time and also took the time to explain everything to me. I had no idea what my heating system was until he came by. Thanks Joe!

How we grade
Satisfaction (54%) — Recency-weighted star average (2-year half-life), shrunk toward the category mean by review volume; the company’s own lifetime average as the prior; absolute: 4.0★ = 0, 5★ = 100.
Reliability (24%) — How rarely jobs go badly: share of 1–2★ reviews — 60% the last 24 months (or the 20 newest if fewer), 40% all-time; 0% = 100, 15%+ = 0; the category percentile can only raise it.
Craft & service (penalty, up to −10) — Google review highlights: Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Punctuality — how rarely reviewers flag them as a negative, per review since highlights began; 0% = 100, 5%+ = 0. Subtracted from the score (up to −10), never averaged in — clean highlights are the norm, not a bonus.
