What customers said about electrical wiring repair
I am really pleased and impressed with my experience with Grasser Electric. They had an electrician to my house very quickly. Their communication was great, no surprises. The electrician, Jordan, discovered the problem within minutes, had the supplies necessary to complete the repair, he gave me an estimate for the…
I had an estimate done, then within the week they were out to do the job. They sent Billy and Phil out today to update my electrical wiring. Both were great!! They were friendly and knowledgeable. They went right to work and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Grasser! Thanks guys!
My technician Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He went over and beyond in services. He addressed items of concern that initiated the service tequest but also explained a few additional items that were non related and helped troubleshoot. He was on time and spent the needed amount of time without rushing.
We had a problem with our dryer if it was beyond half full, it would trip the 30 amp breaker and have to be reset often multiple times per day. Mike came out and showed me the thermal scans of it heating up and failing, so we opted to replace all of our aluminum wiring with copper from new breakers to the wall…
Paul G. was great. Extremely helpful, answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable. Was prompt, friendly, and overall great service. And left the house looking extremely clean. 5/5
Paul G was our electrician, he was kind and helpful and gave us some suggestions for our basement lighting. We had 8 new large lights installed, plus a surge protector on our circuit breaker box, two new light switches and cleaned up and took down old wiring/lights that were not to code. I would highly recommend him…
