What customers said about 11th month warranty inspections
My inspector Cliff was awesome, he broke down the details he found within the house and keep me smiling the entire time. My kids even loved him and how he explained the finding within the house. Especially the thermal reading and pointing out everything as he saw it. I recommend Cliff to anyone who needs an…
The inspectors were very punctual and highly knowledgeable. They did not rush through, they took their time to be very thorough and even took the time to explain things to me. I highly recommend this company!
I scheduled an appointment with EC inspections after seeing videos of Eric work, he showed up on time as scheduled very pleased with his work and explains to us some of the details he found on the inspection and also emailed to us the whole inspection with images of what he found I felt he was very detailed on work ! I’m pleased with his work
Chris with Nest was great, he did an excellent job. He kept us informed throughout the process from setting up an appointment, detailed inspection and answered all questions. Professional, detailed - highly recommend.
Team did our 1-year inspection on our new home. Jay Kendall did the inspection and was very thorough and courteous throughout. Laid out what he was going to do beforehand and was very detailed afterwards. Went with another company for the pre inspections and they were not as thorough and detailed. Highly recommend and will use for future inspections

It was kind of last minute deal, and after the builder informed me I had some time still, Ricky squeezed my home inspection in his schedule. I truly appreciate it. Upon arrival he greeted me right away and started doing the inspection. Very…
