Dylan and the SERVPRO Appleton team did a good job responding quickly to the flooding in my basement. They handled the situation and got everything resolved in a timely manner. Communication was good and the process was pretty straightforward. Appreciate the quick response and getting the issue taken care of.

Do NOT use. They nickel and dime you for every little thing but won’t tell you about any of the charges until the very end. We were charged $150 every time they did a five minute moisture check. They also ripped off huge parts of our plaster with their tape, and I had to argue with them to cover the damage they caused.
