SERVPRO of Appleton

The day after the tornado Servpro was at our condo bright and early to start what they do. Besides physical support they were moral support for me. Every time I had a question they did what they could to get me an answer. Always got a call back or a text. What a great company with great employees.

I was blessed to have this company come !! They came from out of state to help with a severe storm that ravaged my area. I had major water damage due to not having power for 4 days . My sump pump overflowed and my lower level was a total loss! They truly helped with MAJOR clean out and were great to answer any questions! I highly recommend this company!

Fans installed and within a few days room was dry. The staff checked in to confirm things were doing well. I recommend… Read full review

SERVPRO did an incredible job! They called us within 5 minutes of filing a claim with our insurance. They showed up within hours to begin the inspection of our water damage and got right to work on setting up. The next day, an entire crew showed up to begin taking walls, flooring, ceilings, etc out for effective… Read full review

Do NOT use. They nickel and dime you for every little thing but won’t tell you about any of the charges until the very end. We were charged $150 every time they did a five minute moisture check. They also ripped off huge parts of our plaster with their tape, and I had to argue with them to cover the damage they caused.
