What customers said about eyebrow waxing
5 stars for Betty who always makes my hair look great. Thankful for her as a post partum mom with little time for self care. She is wonderful with my “lived-in blonde” - but is also fantastic with vivids! 0 stars for Darcy, the receptionist, who was rude to me because I had my baby with me (because he was babbling…
This was my first visit to the salon and am extremely happy with the staff and quality of their services. I had a haircut with Betty and aesthetic services with Olivia. Both were very customer friendly and did an excellent job with their services. I searched the internet quite extensively for these types of…
Loved my first time here. Everyone was super friendly. I am very happy with my haircut and my wax. No complaints.
Jessica is the best in the business! Have been going to her for over 15 years! Sweetest girl in the world!
Our whole family has been going to Kyla for at least 10 years. We followed her from a previous business. We like Elysian much better and we're all loyal fans of Kyla. We all have different hair (texture, thickness, curly/straight, hairstyles) and she does a great job on everyone. We've used her for color, cut, nails. And she's a pleasure to talk to!
The environment is friendly and inviting. All the people seem to have so much fun and are good at their jobs. I’ve gotten my brows done my Kyla and my mom gets her nails by her too. She’s talented and always try’s to get any complicated designs my mom’s asks her for and the execution always looks great.

How we grade
Satisfaction (54%) — Recency-weighted star average (2-year half-life), shrunk toward the category mean by review volume; the company’s own lifetime average as the prior; absolute: 4.0★ = 0, 5★ = 100.
Reliability (24%) — How rarely jobs go badly: share of 1–2★ reviews — 60% the last 24 months (or the 20 newest if fewer), 40% all-time; 0% = 100, 15%+ = 0; the category percentile can only raise it.
Craft & service (penalty, up to −10) — Google review highlights: Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Punctuality — how rarely reviewers flag them as a negative, per review since highlights began; 0% = 100, 5%+ = 0. Subtracted from the score (up to −10), never averaged in — clean highlights are the norm, not a bonus.
Value (14%) — Customers’ own price verdicts (Great / Reasonable vs Overpriced) and Value highlights; 65% absolute (all “reasonable” ≈ 80, “great” = 100), the category percentile can only raise it.
