I would recommend this business for carpet cleaning and blind steam cleaning. I booked with them a few weeks before moving out of my apartment. They called me the night before the appointment, just like they said they would. Carpets and blinds look really nice, they did a great job.
Amazing service!! Clean uniforms, very friendly and professional. The two gentlemen had great teamwork skills. Top tier service would highly recommend. Carpets look and smell amazing! They even offered to help move my area rug and chair. We Have used this service before and will continue to use. Thoroughly impressed!
Kleen-Way is a LIFESAVER! I ran into some scheduling issues and only had one day to figure out how I was going to get my carpets and blinds cleaned before I moved out of my apartment. Very nice, professional guys who were ahead of schedule, the cleaning was the best I have ever seen, and they know so much about their profession. Their customer service and after sales service is is the very best I have seen in a long long time. Almost fanatical. I can tell they are trained in it. They squeezed me…

He was very upfront with the process, pricing, and had clear expectations of what was going on through the whole process. My carpet was very gross from a previous owner, and Arthur and his team did a great job not…

How we grade
Satisfaction (54%) — Recency-weighted star average (2-year half-life), shrunk toward the category mean by review volume; the company’s own lifetime average as the prior; absolute: 4.0★ = 0, 5★ = 100.
Reliability (24%) — How rarely jobs go badly: share of 1–2★ reviews — 60% the last 24 months (or the 20 newest if fewer), 40% all-time; 0% = 100, 15%+ = 0; the category percentile can only raise it.
Craft & service (penalty, up to −10) — Google review highlights: Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Punctuality — how rarely reviewers flag them as a negative, per review since highlights began; 0% = 100, 5%+ = 0. Subtracted from the score (up to −10), never averaged in — clean highlights are the norm, not a bonus.
