I received not only a beautifully clean carpet (smells essentially free of cat pee, it was intolerable before) but thorough follow-up instructions with and an explanation for why the clean worked mechanically. Our chair and tile both look worse than before Doc's of Denver performed the “cleaning.” It appears David used brown dirty water on our white chair.
