What customers said about water damage-related mold removal
I appreciated the pictures to have for future reference. They treated way more than just the area suggested by my home inspection showed in their pictures for the same quoted amount. They were also nice enough to clean you after themselves on the way out of the house.
We had an excellent Experience with Steamatic of Fargo. Team was Patient, Communicative. Packing was Fast and efficient. Extraction of the sheetrock & insulation the cleanest process a person could imagine. Tyler, Greg and Cody were the main team members who were so patient and understanding when we were…
They came and helped take care of our water damage and mold we had in our downstairs bathroom and one bedroom wall. Everyone that came to finish the job were great. Everything went smoothly. Thank you! Stacy Burns
Amazing experience from start to finish! They were extremely thorough and responsive. No matter what questions I had, they were ALWAYS there to answer them and be there for our family when we needed them the most. I would recommend to anyone that has issues with water damage to their home. We also used them for vent cleaning as well. Simply amazing.
I’ve had to use Steamatic several times in the last 5-6 years and I’ve always been pleased. I have worked with Andi and Chase the last couple times, and their professionalism and friendliness is exemplary. One of these days I have to get my vents cleaned and I will definitely be calling Steamatic! Thanks, guys!!
They were very thorough when working and explaining the process as they completed steps. Their staff is friendly and upfront about every part of the work, including what is needed in order to safeguard home items in order to prevent damages to personal possessions and the home itself. They take the time to use…

How we grade
Satisfaction (54%) — Recency-weighted star average (2-year half-life), shrunk toward the category mean by review volume; the company’s own lifetime average as the prior; absolute: 4.0★ = 0, 5★ = 100.
Reliability (24%) — How rarely jobs go badly: share of 1–2★ reviews — 60% the last 24 months (or the 20 newest if fewer), 40% all-time; 0% = 100, 15%+ = 0; the category percentile can only raise it.
Craft & service (penalty, up to −10) — Google review highlights: Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Punctuality — how rarely reviewers flag them as a negative, per review since highlights began; 0% = 100, 5%+ = 0. Subtracted from the score (up to −10), never averaged in — clean highlights are the norm, not a bonus.
Value (14%) — Customers’ own price verdicts (Great / Reasonable vs Overpriced) and Value highlights; 65% absolute (all “reasonable” ≈ 80, “great” = 100), the category percentile can only raise it.
