Early on there was friction and miscommunication, but customer service helped us resolve all issues. There was a language barrier, but it didn’t slow down the process.

Carlos and Tony from OnTrack moved it all into my new place in an hour and a half. I had heavy antique furniture, delicate kitchenware, stairs, and a narrow front door entrance. Five stars.
