What customers said about body waxing
Alan is the best hairstylist in Palo Alto. Located across from CVS midtown Middlefield. I have been coming here for years for my regular pedicures, and they do a great job. I highly recommend this salon.
Drove all the way up from fort smith to pamper my best friend, Que was our nail tech and he did an amazing job. Told him to surprise us and he did not disappoint. Only thing was we could here other nail techs bad mouth him, and it was a very distasteful. They made us feel a little unwelcomed. Next time I come back I’ll only ask for him.
I've been going to Greentoes on So. 6th for about 2 years. All of the staff are very professional and committed to giving the clients the best experience possible. The salon is comfortable and classy. I always feel pampered and my nails are done perfectly by Jessica. she is always able to do my special nail color…
Always friendly and providing excellent service! I normally come for mani-pedi, massage and haircuts/blowouts. When it comes to nails, they are total pros and have plenty of modern techniques to offer. They normally parallelize the work to save time for the client. In addition, great drinks!!
Love it here! Oh my nails! has been saving my nails since 2020. They do all styles, trends and techniques. ❤️🔥🩷💚
Best pedicure Ever by Jackie, her touch is magical. Came in with no appointment and had virtually no wait time even though it was very busy. Julie is amazing, so friendly and hospitable. Overall my experience here has been very pleasant. Looking forward to my next haircut with Allen, he is a true artĩst!!

How we grade
Satisfaction (54%) — Recency-weighted star average (2-year half-life), shrunk toward the category mean by review volume; the company’s own lifetime average as the prior; absolute: 4.0★ = 0, 5★ = 100.
Reliability (24%) — How rarely jobs go badly: share of 1–2★ reviews — 60% the last 24 months (or the 20 newest if fewer), 40% all-time; 0% = 100, 15%+ = 0; the category percentile can only raise it.
Craft & service (penalty, up to −10) — Google review highlights: Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Punctuality — how rarely reviewers flag them as a negative, per review since highlights began; 0% = 100, 5%+ = 0. Subtracted from the score (up to −10), never averaged in — clean highlights are the norm, not a bonus.
Value (14%) — Customers’ own price verdicts (Great / Reasonable vs Overpriced) and Value highlights; 65% absolute (all “reasonable” ≈ 80, “great” = 100), the category percentile can only raise it.
