What customers said about hair extensions
My bridesmaid and I loved our hair and makeup! The girls at the salon are wonderful and so down to earth, they made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and less stressful. Bianca was such a sweetheart and always made time to call or text if I had any questions. We got ready for my wedding at the salon and I…
I have not visited another more friendly , professional , ‘ one - stop- shop’ , and I have lived all over the country . Bianca is the kindest , most welcoming and talented hair boss - she does a killer Brazilian blow out and Angie is the best extension artist in town , and most others . Girls! You have to try Roots ! You won’t be disappointed
Best salon in the area, they have everything you’re looking for all in one place!
Melissa does an amazing job with my hair extensions. Shes always sanitary. Gentle handed and not rough. Professional all around. And the final result is always perfect. I have terribly damaged and short hair from previous bleaching gone wrong. She fixes me so much. I honestly dont know where else I would go if she wasn't around! I recommend 10/10💅💙

How we grade
Satisfaction (54%) — Recency-weighted star average (2-year half-life), shrunk toward the category mean by review volume; the company’s own lifetime average as the prior; absolute: 4.0★ = 0, 5★ = 100.
Reliability (24%) — How rarely jobs go badly: share of 1–2★ reviews — 60% the last 24 months (or the 20 newest if fewer), 40% all-time; 0% = 100, 15%+ = 0; the category percentile can only raise it.
