What customers said about HVAC system repair
Michael did a great job! He was very polite and professional, and took pride in his work. He took his time explaining things in a way I could understand. I've been with Hammond for a few years now, and always get great service.
Brandon Brooks with Hammod Services recently serviced our home. He was able to to come by within a few hours of our initial request. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. We were happy with the service and the price was affordable. We will definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you.
The Tech Armand Harwood was absolutely superb. In my opinion, he went beyond the call of duty to ensure my system was heating and cooling properly. Armand Harwood is a strong asset to his company. It’s because of people like Armand Harwood that make me happy to have a maintenance contract with this fantastic company!!!
Problem with no heat after a cold night. Mike came after already having a full day yet he was very polite and thorough and in a good mood. This visit ended because of a part needs ordering before it can be fixed
Michael was on time and very professional. We need additional work done on a unit and I will 100% use him again to do that repair.
Devon did a great job fixing my downstairs AC. Always love the very fast service that Hammond provides. Used them many times for other services and have been very happy every time.

How we grade
Satisfaction (54%) — Recency-weighted star average (2-year half-life), shrunk toward the category mean by review volume; the company’s own lifetime average as the prior; absolute: 4.0★ = 0, 5★ = 100.
Reliability (24%) — How rarely jobs go badly: share of 1–2★ reviews — 60% the last 24 months (or the 20 newest if fewer), 40% all-time; 0% = 100, 15%+ = 0; the category percentile can only raise it.
Craft & service (penalty, up to −10) — Google review highlights: Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Punctuality — how rarely reviewers flag them as a negative, per review since highlights began; 0% = 100, 5%+ = 0. Subtracted from the score (up to −10), never averaged in — clean highlights are the norm, not a bonus.
