What customers said about personal training
This is a supportive, well managed, and expertly staffed boutique gym and personal coaching experience. Workouts are quick and precise. After six years of being sedentary, I look forward to moving my body again. After three weeks, I feel stronger, more agile, and more energetic. I appreciate the coaching model…
Dan is extremely knowledgeable on form and technique. We’ve been training with them for several months now and have not only seen physical results, but couldn’t be happier with our overall regimen.
Love Senergy! Love the coaches and the community. Coaches are constantly watching your form and pushing you to get stronger.
This gym is amazing- the staff the coaches and the members. It is the first gym training program that I will stick to because it’s a full body workout each session and is 30 minutes. Even someone undisciplined (like myself) can do this and feel stronger and better! ✨ ⭐️

The trainers Chris, Wade, Wes, Alex are very knowledgeable and really care. Wish I had explored this type of of exercise sooner. Some of my aches and pains are…
I just finished my 9th month at Safe Haven Fitness. I haven't felt this strong and physically capable in the last 20 years. It's amazing how much difference three ~20-25 minute strength training workouts combined with nutritional coaching can make. Thursday evening workouts with Coach Wes are the best, he industries me to work hard at every workout!
