What customers said about cat boarding
We were absolutely delighted with our recent experience at Pounce Hawai’i. This was our first time booking and it was an all around great process, from booking, to scheduling and all of the details in between. Our 3 cats were well cared for with booked extra play time at their Cooke St. location. As an added bonus,…
We love Best Friends! It truly feels like we are leaving our cat, Dexter, with family. We always know he will be in good hands and that they give him extra snuggles when he boards there and we can’t. Darlene and Angelique are absolute dolls and everyone makes you feel right at home! Trust Best Friends for all your furry creatures! 😀
I can't say enough about Fetch! We were anxious to board our kitty for the first time ever but we are beyond thrilled with our experience. The facility is gorgeous and very clean, and they took excellent care of our baby girl and even sent us reports with photos so we could see how she was doing! The staff was so…
I LOVE PURRADISE! I take all 3 of my cats here and will recommend it to all my friends with cats on island. They are always so sweet to my kittens and answer all my questions with so much knowledge and expertise. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful, and the fact that it is cats only definitely helps (I…
We boarded our dog and cat in April for a week. My dog became reactive. She was dirty ( we paid extra for spa. We didn’t get). They charged us for medication administration when we didn’t have any. No refunds. They never contacted us with pictures. They were scared and lonely. I will never take them there…
Staff were so friendly and thorough. They meet you outside of the main building to start assisting with your furbaby(ies). They even posted our furbabies on their website. Clean facility with lots of room to move around. Highly recommend.
