Unique location in a business park building, walk up the steps, in the doors and you have to walk to the office toward the end of the hall, once in the hallway they will see you. Busy place but great scheduling and communication. All we needed was brushing and wash and the dogs took to everything fine. They smell…
On the phone I was told the service would be about $35, but once I had made the appointment and went in person it was 45 with tax. My dog wouldn’t let them cut her nails, which would be fine if they didn’t still charge us full price since it was included in the service. Overall respectful staff and decent service,…
Lauren is very professional and patient with my fluffy and energetic dog. I love the report card so I know what to work on with my pet.
When we got our 2nd dog Nova it was an uphill battle from the beginning. She had so much anxiety and was afraid of everyone and everything. Kristie was able to help over the years with training, walks and grooming. Looking back our dog has come so far and I'm not sure if we would have been able to make the progress we did without Kristie's help.
Parma Pet Pals did a great job on Bowie’s grooming! He was so happy and she made him so comfortable. My Pomeranian is so soft and he is the lightest he’s ever felt, while still looking full. Best prices and service in the state of Ohio!!! (Photos with white background taken by Parma Pet Pals!)
Leah does a wonderful job with my Labrador doodle very friendly environment I highly recommend them for your grooming
