What customers said about private lessons
Relaxed environment and very welcoming people. Regardless of your skill level, the staff is supportive and strives to help you practice in a constructive and safe manner. I have already experienced Increased flexibility, which has made certain things that I do easier.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with her and some of the other instructors that I've taken classes with at People's Yoga. People's Yoga has been an integral part of my healing journey over the last 2 years.
Private lesson, flow, with Thera Natalie. I was nervous at first, but after this session I felt amazing!! 10/10 recommend!
This studio is a wonderful place to practice: it's accommodating to beginners and advanced yogis. The community atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. They take yoga seriously here, but not themselves.
The classes are geared to many levels, from beginning to advanced practitioners. Everyone is very welcoming, from students to staff. There are several types of classes to choose from. The space is very clean and organized.
I absolutely loved this yoga studio! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming you feel at ease the moment you walk in. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and make every class feel supportive. The equipment is excellent, always clean and high quality. Most importantly, I’ve felt real healing benefits — my body…
