Such a wonderful studio! The cozy room and sunlight through the windows makes for such a great practice. Thank you for being in Old Town!
I love Peoples Yoga because the atmosphere is so comfortable and accepting. They offer so many different types of yoga classes and in every class they offer a lot of options so you feel like you can really listen to your body and move in ways that make sense for you. I love that this place honors all body types,…
I have tried nearly all of the yoga studios in the area and recommend People’s Yoga the most! The atmosphere is clean and calm. All of the instructors are kind and welcoming. Misty is a phenomenal instructor and provides challenge, with a balance of rest and connection within. I could not recommend People’s Yoga more!
Privates with Misty have transformed my health, improved my flexibility/strength, reduced my stress, and improved my mental health. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with her and some of the other instructors that I've taken classes with at People's Yoga. People's Yoga has been an integral part of my healing journey over the last 2 years.
I’ve been practicing for 25 years and just discovered this incredible studio a couple of months ago. Studio owner and teacher Misty is amazing - encouraging, challenging, creative, and always providing a range of modifications. I’m excited to explore classes with other teachers. I also love the intentionally,…
I have been going here for a couple of years now and have never had a bad class. I highly recommend people of any level to do yoga here!
