My furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning and the temperature was around freezing. I noticed that the pilot light wasn't lit and I thought that was the problem. The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.

Michael showed up at our house during the time slot provided. He did a thorough diagnostic of our heating system. He did some troubleshooting on the thing he thinks may be causing the issue. He went over everything in detail with me and my wife. He did offer information on H&D services. Michael was polite, thorough and helpful.
