Milestone expedited a service and parts order to allow the house A/C to be operative when my wife was discharged from the hospital. This attention to a customer's need reflects a caring concern that is seldom seen in business today. Their extra effort in this difficult time is so appreciated.
Next day service w/ no extra charge for a Saturday call out! Tech made the repairs and upgraded my system the same day! No extra call out required. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!
The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
Classic AC fail. Those guys sent me a tech next day. My home warranty couldn’t get anyone within a week. Any Hour came as reference from my next door neighbor.
