Bill Kramer was wonderful. I was frantic with water spraying everywhere and Bill calmly took charge, got the water shot off and repaired our pipe in a timely professional manner. I will most definitely recommend Alverz plumbing to friends. After hours call was handled quickly. Thank you Bill for helping us out and cleaning up afterwards
