What customers said about carpet steam cleaning
Jeffrey Shields was very professional and friendly. I appreciated his concern for the high traffic areas in the home. I will definitely be calling Triple Ds again! ...and my carpets look great!!!! Highly recommend this service and Jeffrey!
Experience was horrible. The first the guy came he only spent 13 minutes on cleaning 3 rooms in a large house and left the steps and hallway unfinished. I called to make them comeback since they didn’t want to give me a refund and the same guy had an attitude and wouldn’t help the other guy. Never using this place…
The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because 3 individuals involved in the process was very kind. As far as the cleaning goes, I do not feel like a good job was done. The carpet looks the same to me. It just feels wet. Unfortunately I did not take before pictures but it is still clear to see that there is…
Thomas was a joy. He was awesome. Reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Would highly recommend especially if Thomas is the one they send out.... Thank You MUCH!
This was my second service from Triple D's. Both jobs were done very well. Highly recommended!
Thomas arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He quickly went to work and was done with the whole house in less than an hour. Also, the results were wonderful. This is my 4th time using Triple D's services and can't recommend them enough.
