What customers said about sump pump installation
The technician, David was awesome! He replaced my sump pump and back up battery. My experience with the first plumber from another company was quite disappointing. David took care of every thing. I’m quite satisfied with the work done for me. I know where to go if I have any other plumbing issues.
Eric was very professional and communicated well. Made quick work of a sump pump replacement and even spotted some other potential plumbing/HVAC issues to keep an eye out for. Highly recommend Heil Plumbing and HVAC.
Their promise of 24/7 available didn’t come true, and neither their advertised discount. I placed a call on a Saturday morning and not until Sunday afternoon around 4:00 PM somebody showed up and charged for two hours.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. Set pricing is great, and he did not rush the job... Took time to do it thoroughly, even when my old fixture caused some issues. All with very pleasant attitude. ALL TRUE !!
Extremely professional and very prompt service. Others in my neighborhood use these guys. I will absolutely call them if I have further needs
Very happy with the service getting a sump pump and battery replaced. Jeff was very friendly and competent. The work was done on time and efficiently, and the cost seemed reasonable. I will definitely use Heil again in the future.
