Wichard is amazing at what he does and very knowledgeable in the world of fitness. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or a complete beginner (like myself), I would 100% recommend personal training here! I signed up for 3-1hour sessions (wish I had started earlier during my visit) . They were great and he worked well within my physical limitations. Would highly recommend for any physical level.
LivFit is great! The staff is dedicated and knowledgeable. In the five months I've been going to help with my back pain I've seen a tremendous decrease in that pain among other benefits. Great place to get fit, stay fit, and LivFit 💪🏻
Widchard is the man! He's been training folks for a long time and knows his stuff. Lots of compound movements & stretches…
I’ve been working with Richard for a little while now and couldn’t be more pleased. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive without being “extra”. I love this gym because the people here are REAL. It’s not filled with people solely focused on posting to/for social media but about community, health and wellbeing. Worth every penny!
