Joe helped me pick up my car when it was overheating on the side of 97S a few miles outside of Weed - wow! What a safe, kind, knowledgeable man who spoke to the mechanic personally before dropping me off there. I am blown away by the care and kindness given to me during my stressful car incident. 10/5 stars
Matt Kelly was amazing and very professional and knew his job and made sure my semi was safe and ready to tow from rice hill flying J back to colburg freightliner in Oregon and was very safe with the transport of my fully loaded semi and trailer. My company was impressed and will be using again

their front desk was very sweet when we came in to get my totaled car out of the impound. Everyone was nice & professional, and my partner showed me a very thorough set of pictures taken by the towing company.
Billy and James did a phenomenal job coming to our rescue when we were stranded with a crew cab dually and horse trailer. They went above and beyond to help us get the rig to safety and even helped us with repair the following day. Highly recommend this business!
The folks at M.A.D towing and recovery are professional, excellent, and wonderful to deal with. When it comes to towing abandoned cars, repossessions, or nuesome tows these are your guys.
