What customers said about stove, cooktop & oven repair
I had a wonderful experience with this appliance repair company, especially with technician Ilya. He was extremely professional, compassionate, caring, and dedicated to his work. Our stove was very old, which made the repair challenging, but Ilya went above and beyond to order all the necessary parts and make sure…
Rishad came out the same day we called with oven problems and had the new parts installed and working 2 days later. Very friendly and knowledgeable and would use again if needed
The work was completed and the range at our rental property is now working properly! However, getting there was an onerous process. First, the tech came by (on time, thank you!) to diagnose. He determined we needed ignitor parts, but couldn't find the model number. Really?? I went to the house the next day, looked…
Very pleased with the service I received from Sam Appliance Repair. First off they were friendly and professional. Secondly they were open about my opinions and gave me the pros and cons of choosing either way in a non sales way. They fixed my Sub Zero refrigerator and my Oven. They were quick to get back to me and…
Quick response time! I was lucky and received same-day service. Straight-forward repair on my Fridgidare oven (ignitor went out). It’s a common part so he had it with him and was able to replace it on the spot. Overall great service!
Broken oven. Sam was very responsive on the phone. Vlad, the technician, was fantastic. Came on time. Very knowledgeable. Honest. It turned out to be a simple fix which he was able to complete. Very happy with the experience and will use this company again.
