Keith checked out our furnace a month ago. Did an awesome job in helping us pick out a new furnace since after 29 years we didn't want to push our luck through the winter! Monday the guys came and got the new furnace installed, new air conditioner as well as a new thermostat. I can't say enough good about this…
Another fine job by Jensen's Plumbing and Heating. Always friendly, respectful of property and professional. Highly recommend Jensen's. Nate did a great job, friendly and professional, explained everything he did and showed pictures of before and after his work. Great job again from Jensen's.
Nate,Mesan,Deryk,Diego and Nick came out to replace cooling unit. They were on time ,police, respectful of property. Good with our dogs. Reasonably priced Explained what they were doing provided options Super helpful. I have used them before and will in future I will recommend to others
The technician was very informative. He let me know everything he was doing. Both of the technicians gave me choices of what to fix. I will continue to use Jensen Plumbing for my service.

They just came and checked my ac. They found a bad part and replaced it. They found some other issues to address in the fall but they…
"Our" plumberis always prompt friendly, willing to talk through what he is doing and why and suggesting ways to avoid further issues. I have found the heating/AC staff to be equally proficient. Jensen Heating, plumbing and Air Conditioning in Lake Mills is an A+ business: a relief for those of us with aging equipment and systems!
