What customers said about group lessons
3B instructors and staff are wonderful to work with! I love the studio and I look forward to having a place to exhale each time I go! 3B is leading yoga and movement experience studio in Utah!
Amazing studio with friendly and helpful teachers for students of all abilities. For sure try it out if your looking for some open minded and welcoming people as well as a good workout!
10/10. I took pole and lyra classes, they were super fun and the instructors were supportive and attentive. The overall environment was super comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to going back, highly recommend!
This was my first time trying hot Pilates, and I was excited to attend with my sister, who had been there before. The instructor welcomed me as a beginner, but during class there were no modifications offered, and I struggled to keep up. My sister quietly helped me, but another participant was rude and disrespectful…
I've been attending classes here for 5+ years and I recommend attending and supporting this business whole-heartedly. They have the best prices and a flexible, individualized approach to their yoga practice. They are great!
I really like the classes and vibe of 3B and staff is nice. Very kind and helpful. And the new stuff in the shop is really nice. My wife likes the things that are available to buy. The sound bed is phenomenal too. First time for me and I loved it. I’ll be back for sure.
