What customers said about general pest inspection
Jose was very personable and looked over all the traps that were still in place from a few weeks ago and saw that no rodents were caught in the traps. Since all the holes were covered, no rodents came back into our property.
Team was professional and efficient. Explained everything as the service went along so there would be alignment and agreement. Thank you
inspector didn't find exact source according to the tenants..She said they usually vacuum up the debris but not this time
Johnny came for an initial inspection and estimate. He was thorough and professional. We were able to get the team in a week later. Brian ran that team and did they did great work addressing the entry points and sealing them up while laying traps to clear out the rest of the rodents.
On time for inspection after initial service. Unfortunately I was late by an hour, but Brian and his company accommodated that by returning, thanks Brian and Alley Cat ! Brian found two dead rat carcasses in my basement put of the five traps set ... so fingers crossed .
SF Rodent Control continues to excel in professional, friendly, and courteous service! I appreciate the text that lets you know staff is en route so no one’s time is wasted. Office staff responds in a timely matter. Company offers exemplary “customer service” from the initial inquiry to the actual service date along with a follow-up after service!
