Brian and Lee were so amazing! I (unfortunately and unknowingly) scheduled them on what turned out to be an extremely warm day, but they remained in good spirits the whole time, despite the requisite trek up and down the stairs to my third story residence! They were very communicative re: timing, extremely…

For a first time customer of 1-800 got junk? Workers Devaun and Carlos were extremely helpful walking me through the services provided including prices. They both were efficient and extremely fast.
Quick and professional service to clear out my garage after moving and some construction projects. So much easier than the multiple trips it would have otherwise taken me on my own.
I only had a few hours to find someone to come pick up stuff I needed gone from my recebt move and because everyone had backed out. I remembered 1800gotjunk from seeing their trucks and made a reservation online. They called to confirm and even were available early which was great for me and my schedule for the day.…
We had a bit of confusion in the initial scheduling, but the guys who showed up--Brian and John--were good to work with, got the job done efficiently, and were good about communicating their arrival time.
