Working with 180 health solutions was started out with a very good experience results misunderstandings and added expenses to the contract that was signed before we were done in my situation. I had hip then was possibly not needing surgery if their treatments would work I ended up going for surgery added more treatments before surgery. My mistake was I forgot to return infrared machine. They warned me they gave Mean my reminders to return the machine and I honestly forgot to return it. Meanwhile, I had a surgery that laid me up for three pretty much three months from the time I was last at the. And finding out they charge me $1000 for the Took away all my credit that was built up Our conversation I never got the unit they wouldn’t give me credit I returned overall it was a very bad At the end, the amount of money that Charge to me for treatment is phenomenal And now they took more without giving me Because I forgot, watch out for extra charges They said they communicated with me Text for whatever reason I didn’t get no text But Did work and they chose not to call me At the end, they were very hard to communicate with won’t go back already tellin

Thanks for your feedback, Scott. We do take feedback seriously. Due to hipaa restrictions, we are limited in what we can respond here. From reading above, it sounds like we were both clear on expectations, and we will, in the future, be even more persistent in repeatedly following up over and over through text, email, AND phone calls instead of a phone call and numerous text reminders over the course of months prior to administering any fees for failing to return equipment as agreed upon. Even if there is no response from the patient. We are sorry that your experience was not at the standard we hold for ourselves and are always updating procedures and protocols.

The assistants are all great,especially Mel she's helped me alot and keeps me in check with my at home things I need to do. Dr. Steve and Dr. Tim gave me choices on different things you can also do but we're not pushy if you didnt. Very happy with my progress on my neuropathy.
