Jim was amazing! I called him to troubleshoot our oven and freezer and he was out the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate on the spot within minutes of arriving. He's quick, professional, and his pricing is very reasonable!

1st Choice Appliance should be your first and only choice. Honest and reliable, but more than anything they are knowledgeable about appliances. Never had to worry, never any guess work. I have them on speed dial. They helped me finish a kitchen renovation that I couldn’t have done without their know how.

This is my second time having 1st Choice come and repair an appliance in my house. The first time he repaired my freezer that was leaking and we’ve had no problems since. This second time he repaired my oven which is working great now. He was fast and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend this company!

Was responsive at first, said he would have parts on Monday. Then disappeared. I spent the week trying to get a response and now get to find someone else to complete repair. Did he just want an easy service fee? I'm not sure, but in 25 years of customer service I have never ghosted one.

Great service! Submitted the online form, got a call immediately the next morning. Showed up on time to assess the issue with our LG refrigerator. Pointed out there was a way to get a refund on the malfunction of the refrigerator, updated the software, and replaced the compressor. Excellent customer service. Highly suggest 1st choice!
