Jim was a pleasure to work with and got us back up and running quickly.
1st Choice Appliance should be your first and only choice. Honest and reliable, but more than anything they are knowledgeable about appliances. Never had to worry, never any guess work. I have them on speed dial. They helped me finish a kitchen renovation that I couldn’t have done without their know how.
We have been working with Jim since 2018 . He is punctual, works quickly and maintains a tidy work environment. He is professional and competent with reasonable charges. We recommend him for any appliance repair.

Great service! Submitted the online form, got a call immediately the next morning. Showed up on time to assess the issue with our LG refrigerator. Pointed out there was a way to get a refund on the malfunction of the refrigerator, updated the software, and replaced the compressor. Excellent customer service. Highly suggest 1st choice!
We got an appointment the day following our call. Jim knew right away what our issue was and what parts were needed to fix it. He didn't have the parts on the truck. Jim returned the next day with the parts and our fridge is back to working order. Jim is very knowledgable and professional. Will definitely call next time we need a repair.
