1st Class Moving and Storage

It was a seamlessly easy move- from estimate, schedule and moving! Thrilled with how well it went. Everyone was polite respectful and professional! I'm not ready to move again, but if I did, First class would be my first call!

3 large trucks and 8 workers Wow! All moved in one day! No breakage! Highly recommended! Best price based on 3 quotes

Great moving company. I’d highly recommend them. They were on time and used extra care when moving valuable items.

They were great. Very friendly and responsive. Were in and out quick and had no issues and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

I’ve used 1st Class for three moves over 13 years. They are 100% reliable. They are always careful but conscious of time also. I will of course use them again when I move next time.

9/2026: This is actually a new review but it doesn't want to allow me to do another review under this same profile. I guess Google doesn't think you can utilize the same service more than once. This is the 2nd half of my recent job from December 2025. Today I had another great experience with 1st class movers,… Read full review

This is the best moving company I have hired. Justin was very quick in getting us an estimate and answering questions about the overall process. Jaime and his crew were punctual, communicative, efficient, and professional throughout the moving day. They got our stuff down from a 3rd floor walk up and into our new… Read full review

We had a great experience with 1st Class Moving and Storage. They packed and carefully wrapped all of our furniture and moved everything into storage until we’re ready for the next step of our move. I’ve had two great experiences with 1st Class Moving and Storage. During this most recent move, Dennis was my initial point person. He was patient and accommodating as I worked to schedule my move on short notice. On the day of the move, Brian, Alan, and Edwin showed up early, rolled out the red carpet (literally!),… Read full review

Wonderful movers! They were very quick and careful. They listened to where we wanted things. 10/10 recommend

The move was very competitively priced. Calvin the sales rep, was very responsive, straightforward and flexible as our needs changed. The team that came on -site for the move was respectful, cooperative, and worked incredibly hard all day. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend.

Awesome service! I called and spoke with Justin in Glen Burnie because my son needed to move ASAP. Justin quickly got everything set up, the truck arrived within 3 hours of my calling, and the entire move only took about 3.5 hours. I’m very satisfied and pleased with the service and the price. The crew was… Read full review

Requested a quote nearly two months in advance and provided all details. I was told multiple times an estimate would be sent but never received one despite following up with them. I wasn’t informed they were unavailable until I followed up again. Communication and responsiveness could be improved, especially around timelines and availability.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! 1st Class Moving and Storage was recommended to me by a colleague, and I’m so glad we chose them! From the very beginning, Calvin was incredibly thorough in taking inventory of everything we needed moved. He prepared our quote promptly and updated it without… Read full review

We were recommended First Class Moving by a friend and they did not disappoint. The company got us from point A to point B. We had initial issues with move in day and the customer service claims department, but the owner of the company personally called us to rectify the situation! He also took the time to listen to our experiences in order to avoid those same issues for future customers, which… Read full review

The crew arrived on time and was k very professional throughout the move. It made the move easier than expected. Very happy with the service and will surely be a repeat customer.

1st class was definitely 1st Class!!! They did amazing work from start to finish. Had a great interaction with the team setting up the move details and also the team handling our furniture/household goods on the day of the move. Would recommend them highly!

The three young men tasked with moving my furniture did an awesome job! They were polite, knowledgeable, and none of my furniture was damaged (even a large heavy mirror). Would highly recommend this moving company!

We had a complicated move with 2 pick up spots and 2 drop off spots and some tight stairs! And they packed me first! Every single person on the team was amazing and everything went super smoothly. Pricing was very fair. All details were handled. We were very happy with the move!

Great price and they did a fabulous job!

This move involved packing and moving locally. Everything was on time, on budget, and they worked really hard to get it done, including hiking 3 stories worth of house to get my stuff in the right place in the middle of a very hot summer day. They were positive and wanted to get everything right. I am so grateful.

I am highly impressed with 1st Class Moving and Storage! The process started with prompt communication from my moving consultant, as well as his flexibility on our move date. On move in day, the high service and professionalism our guys showed was top star. They were quick, efficient and all items arrived safely to… Read full review

Miguel and his team were amazing. We were nervous about moving (who likes to move?!) and the team was fantastic and made us feel at ease the whole day. This is our 4th move with them and each time they are punctual, professional and accommodating! I can’t recommend them enough!

The office personnel were tops and good at communication. Their cost estimate was accurate to twenty dollars. The moving crew was friendly, accommodating, and organized. Best ever at logistics and maneuvering through tricky openings doorways with odd angles. I have recommended 1st class movers to friends and family.… Read full review

Phenomenal and professional movers. Very courteous and fair in price. Was able to book without any issues and quickly as I needed an immediate move. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone

Employees were on time, very professional and mindful to not bump walls/corners. Will use them again when I move from storage to my new home.

This was my first time using this company at the recommendation of a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the services I received! They were reasonably priced, and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend them, and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again in the future.

Great service, Miguel and his team were very professional and did a wonderful job moving all of our items safely with no damage. He communicated clearly and updated us on the potential changes to the estimate for additional time beforehand, I highly recommend.

I definitely would give the crew of 1st Class Movers 4.8! The crew was prompt, respectful and hard working. No items were damaged in our move and the crew delivered and set up in our new home with the same professionalism as when the packed up our old home.
